Research on Standardization of Unified Coding for Medical Equipment in Municipal Hospitals in Shanghai

为积极响应国家对医疗设备统一编码应用的要求,实现对医疗设备全生命周期的精准化管理,本文以上海市市级医院为例,深入分析医疗设备标准化编码体系构建的原则、思路及方法,并在资产概览、成本管理、使用效率、效益分析等方面应用,为我国医院医疗设备统一编码管理和智慧医院高质量发展提供参考。

In order to actively respond to the national requirements for the application of unified coding in medical equipment and achieve precise management of the entire lifecycle of medical equipment,this paper takes municipal hospitals in Shanghai as an example,conducts an in-depth analysis of the principles,ideas,and structure of constructing a standardized coding system for medical equipment,which can be applied in asset overview,cost management,usage efficiency,benefit analysis and other aspects.The paper will provide reference for the unified coding management of medical equipment in hospitals in China and the high-quality development of smart hospitals.
