摘要
GJB/Z 194—2021《装备质量问题归零实施指南》以国家军用标准的形式对装备质量问题技术归零和管理归零工作进行法律化、制度化管理。其典型特征是具有权威性、全面性、程序性、指导性,对装备质量问题归零具体实践工作具有良好的指导意义。
GJB/Z 194-2021,Guidance for quality problem closed loop implementation of equipment,conducts legalized and institutionalized management of equipment quality problem technical closed loop and management work for problem closed loop in the form of national military standard.Its typical characteristics are authoritative,comprehensive,procedural and guiding,which has much guiding significance for the concrete practice of equipment quality problem closed loop.
