摘要
研究了高辐照度下的光谱辐照度分布及其与太阳电池的匹配性,通过测试辐照前后太阳电池的光电转换效率、外量子效率(EQE)、反射率、栅线形貌,对比分析了高辐照度、超高辐照度与标准辐照度对高效太阳电池性能影响的差异,并通过与光伏组件户外数据关联分析高辐照度对光伏组件性能的影响。研究结果显示:太阳电池在经受高辐照后,短路电流的下降幅度较为明显,而其下降主要是因为栅线氧化及钝化效果变差引起的复合损失;高辐照环境下最优的光伏组件类型建议选择n型双玻半片光伏组件。评估高效光伏组件在不同环境下的性能,有助于保证光伏组件成品性能的稳定可靠。
This paper studies the spectral irradiance distribution under high irradiance and its compatibility with solar cells.By testing the photoelectric conversion efficiency,external quantum efficiency(EQE),and grid line morphology of solar cells before and after irradiation,the differences in the effects of high irradiance,ultra high irradiance,and standard irradiance on the performance of high efficiency solar cells are compared and analyzed.Analyze the impact of high irradiance on the performance of PV modules through association with outdoor data of PV modules.The research results show that after being subjected to high irradiation,the short-circuit current of solar cells decreases significantly,mainly due to the composite loss caused by the deterioration of gate line oxidation and passivation effect.It is recommended to choose n-type double glass half-piece PV modules as the optimal component type in high irradiation environments.Evaluating the performance of efficient PV modules in different environments helps to ensure the stable and reliable performance of finished PV modules.
