电气电路型断轨监测设备测试方案研究

摘要 为保障电气电路型断轨监测设备的性能,对其测试方案开展研究。根据断轨监测设备工作频率范围内的钢轨电气参数,模拟钢轨,搭建仿真环境。通过分析断轨监测设备雷电防护试验和振动与冲击试验端口数量、类型和试验等级选择,以及性能测试中误报率、断轨检出率和断轨报警时间的具体要求,明确测试方案。开展雷电防护试验时,建议通信端口按照TB/T3498—2018《铁路通信信号设备雷击试验方法》6.2条“6级:信号设备通信端口与钢轨连接”的试验等级测试;监测主机采用太阳能电池板供电时,不建议对电源端口进行雷电防护试验;开展振动与冲击试验时,根据TB/T2846—2015《铁路地面信号产品振动试验方法》中的10.1条对监测主机进行振动试验,根据GB/T 2423.5—2019《环境试验第2部分:试验方法试验Ea和导则:冲击》的附录A,对监测主机开展冲击试验;在测试误报率和断轨检出率时,应设置多个模拟断轨测试点,牵引回流类断轨监测设备报警时间应保持在5min以内。 In order to ensure the performance of electric circuit type broken rail monitoring equipment,the test scheme is studied.According to the frequency of rail electrical parameters used by broken rail monitoring equipment,the rail is simulated,and the simulation environment is built.By analyzing the number,type and test grade selection of ports in lightning protection test and vibration and shock test of broken rail monitoring equipment,as well as the spe-cific requirements of false alarm rate,broken rail detection rate and broken rail alarm time in performance test,the test scheme is defined as follows:When carrying out lightning protection test,the communication port is recommended to be tested according to the test level of"level 6:connection between communication port of signal system equipment and rail"in article 6.2 of TB/T 3498—2018 Lightning test method for railway telecommunication&signaling system equipment;When the monitoring host is powered by solar panels,it is not recommended to carry out lightning protec-tion test on the power port;When carrying out vibration and shock tests,it is recommended to carry out vibration tests on the monitoring host according to article 10.1 of TB/T 2846—2015 Vibration testing methods for products of railway signaling on earth,according to appendix A of GB/T 2423.5—2019 Environmental testing-Part 2:Test methods-Test Ea and guidelines:Shock;When testing false alarm rate and broken rail detection rate,multiple simulated broden rail test points should be set,and the alarm time of traction backflow type broken rail monitoring equipment should be kept within 5 min.
