基于现场总线通信的高压电气设备异常振动状态检测方法

摘要 常规方法在检测电气设备异常振动状态时,存在检测耗时较长、检测误差较大、准确率较低的问题。针对这一问题,本研究引入现场总线通信技术,设计了新的高压电气设备异常振动状态检测方法。首先,利用振动传感器实时采集电气设备的振动信号。然后,利用小波变换原理与超高频方法原理,建立高压电气设备超高频信号模型,对振动信号实施去噪处理。最后,基于现场总线通信技术监测高压电气设备局部放电过程中的超高频信号变化,检测电气设备异常振动状态。实验表明:该方法能够在较短的时间内,准确检测出高压电气设备潜在的异常振动隐患,检测准确率达到98%以上,检测效果显著。 Most of the conventional detection methods of abnormal vibration state of high voltage electrical equipment are designed by the principle of laser interference technology.In the face of a large scale of high voltage electrical equipment,there are deficiencies of long detection time,large detection error and low accuracy.In order to improve this problem,fieldbus communication is introduced,and the method of high voltage electrical equipment based on fieldbus communication was studied.First,the vibration sensor is used to collect the vibration signal of the electrical equipment in real time.Secondly,the principle of wavelet transform and the principle of uHF method are used to establish the uHF signal model of high voltage electrical equipment and denoise the vibration signal.On this basis,based on the fieldbus communication,monitor the UHF signal change in the local discharge process of the high-voltage electrical equipment,and detect the abnormal vibration state of the electrical equipment.According to the experimental analysis results,after the application of the proposed detection method,it can accurately detect the potential abnormal vibration in the operation of high voltage electrical equipment in a fast time,and the detection accuracy of abnormal vibration state is more than 98%,and the detection effect is significant.
