以“雨课堂”为基础的TBL教学模式在骨骼肌肉康复学课程教学中的实践探讨

Practical Discussion on the TBL Teaching Model Based on"Rain Class⁃room"in the Teaching of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Courses

摘要 目的探讨在骨骼肌肉康复学课程教学中运用以“雨课堂”为基础的团队学习模式(team-based learn-ing,TBL)教学法的应用价值。方法选取2022学年度及2023学年度齐齐哈尔医学院康复治疗技术专升本肌肉骨骼康复学共160名学生作为研究对象,将2022学年度采取传统教学法的80名学生纳入对照组,将2023学年度采取以“雨课堂”为基础TBL教学法的80名学生纳入研究组,对比两组学生的教学效果调查结果、考核成绩以及教学满意度评价。结果与对照组相比,研究组解剖学知识的理解、临床思维能力、主动学习积极性、解决临床问题能力、口头表达能力、期待临床实习以及团队合作能力评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组理论考核、临床知识、病例分析评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组基础知识理解、重点内容掌握、教学模式可行、学习兴趣、课堂气氛、教师教学热情以及师生互动评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在骨骼肌肉康复学课程教学中采取以“雨课堂”为基础TBL教学法能够激发学生学习兴趣,增加师生互动,可提高学生理论知识与操作技能,教学评价效果较好。 Objective To explore the application value of using the"Rain Classroom"team-based learning model(TBL)teaching method based on"Rain classroom"in the teaching of musculoskeletal rehabilitation courses.Methods 160 students in musculoskeletal rehabilitation from junior college in rehabilitation therapy technology to undergraduate in the 2022 and 2023 academic years in Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research subjects.80 students who adopted the traditional teaching method in the 2022 academic year were included in the control group,and 80 students who adopted the TBL teaching method based on"Rain Classroom"in the 2023 academic year were in-cluded in the research group.Compare and contrast teaching effectiveness survey results,assessment results,and teaching satisfaction evaluations in two groups of students.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores in anatomy knowledge interpretation,clinical thinking ability,active learning enthusiasm,clinical problem solving ability,oral expression ability,anticipation of clinical internship and teamwork ability,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores in theoretical assessment,clinical knowledge,and case analysis,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the research group had higher scores on basic knowledge understanding,key content mastery,feasible teaching model,learning interest,classroom atmosphere,teacher teaching enthusiasm and teacher-student interaction,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the TBL teaching method based on"Rain Classroom"in the teaching of musculoskeletal rehabilitation courses can stimulate students'interest in learning,increase teacher-student interaction,improve students'theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and achieve better teaching evaluation results.
