观察基于PDCA循环理论的质控管理模式应用于病案首页质量管理中的具体效果

Observation on the Specific Effects of the Quality Control Management Model Based on PDCA Cycle Theory Applied to the Quality Management of Medical Records Home Page

目的探讨针对病案首页质量管理使用基于PDCA循环理论的质控管理模式的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月周口市妇幼保健院的1000例病历和7名医护人员作为观察对象。根据时间点对其进行分组,于2021年1月—2022年3月的500份病历使用常规管理对病案首页质量进行管理(对照组,7名医护人员),于2022年4月—2023年6月的500份病历使用PDCA循环管理对病案首页质量进行管理(观察组,7名医护人员),两组的医护人员为同一批。分析两种管理模式下的病案首页书写质量、病案首页填写缺陷情况、病案首页的提交时间和归档时间以及对管理模式的满意度进行评价。结果观察组的病案合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病案首页书写总缺陷率为8.80%,明显低于对照组的14.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.645,P<0.05)。观察组病案提交时间和归档时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对管理模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环理论的质控管理模式应用于病案首页质量管理中时可以有效提高病案首页的合格率,降低病案首页书写错误,缩短病案提交时间和归档时间,且能提高医护人员的管理满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of using the quality control management model based on PDCA cycle theory for the quality management of the first page of medical records.Methods 1000 medical records and 7 medical staff from Zhoukou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were grouped according to the time point.500 medical records from January 2021 to March 2022 were managed by routine management(control group,7 medical staff),and 500 medical records from April 2022 to June 2023 were managed by PDCA cycle management(observation group,7 medical staff),the two groups of medical staff are the same.The writing quality of the first page of medical records,the filling defects of the first page of medical records,the submission time and archiving time of the first page of medical records under the two management modes were analyzed,and the satisfaction of the management modes was evaluated.Results The quali-fied rate of medical records in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total defect rate of the first page of medical records in the observa-tion group(8.80%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.40%),and the differences we statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.645,P<0.05).The submission time and archiving time of medical records in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The satis-faction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion When the quality control management mode based on PDCA cycle theory is applied to the quality management of the first page of medical records,it can effectively improve the qualification rate of the first page of medical records,reduce the writing errors on the first page of medical records,shorten the time of submission and filing of medical records,and improve the management satisfaction of medical staff.
