耳鼻喉科护理管理中目标管理结合护士分层管理模式的实施效果分析

摘要 目的研究目标管理当中结合护士分层管理模式在耳鼻喉科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2021年2月—2023年3月长沙市第一医院14名在职护理人员为研究对象,于2021年2月—2022年2月实施常规管理模式为对照组,2022年3月—2023年3月实施分层管理模式为观察组。对比护理人员对于管理满意度评价、两组护理不良事件发生率、护理质量评分(服务规范、业务考核、技术操作、护理文书、基础护理、护理记录)。结果观察组护理人员管理满意度评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组给药错误、管路事件、静疗事件、跌倒事件等不良事件发生率与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组护理质量评分相比于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层管理模式联合目标管理有利于促进耳鼻喉科护理管理效果提高,使护理质量提升,减少不良事件发生率。 Objective To study the application value of target management combined with the nurse hierarchical man-agement model in otolaryngology nursing management.Methods 14 on-the-job nursing staff from Changsha First Hospital were selected as the research subjects from February 2021 to March 2023,and the conventional management model was implemented from February 2021 to February 2022 as the reference group.From March 2022 to March 2023,the hierarchical management model will be implemented as an inspection group.Compare nursing staff's evalu-ation of management satisfaction,incidence of adverse nursing events,and nursing quality scores(service specifica-tions,business assessment,technical operations,nursing documents,basic care,and nursing records)between the two groups.Results The nursing staff in the inspection group had a better evaluation of management satisfaction than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as drug administration errors,tube incidents,static therapy incidents,and falls in the inspection group was compared with that of the reference group and the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).The nursing quality score of the inspection group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse hierarchical management model combined with target management is conducive to im-proving the effect of otolaryngology nursing management,improving the quality of nursing care and reducing the inci-dence of adverse events.
