摘要
目的分析参与式教学方法应用在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中的有效性。方法选取2022年2月—2023年1月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院规范化培训中呼吸内科60名住院医师为研究对象,采取单双号法分成考察组和一般组,各30名。考察组采取参与式教学方法,一般组应用传统教学,对比两组医师考核成绩评分、规培医师教学效果评分、教学满意度。结果考察组医师考核成绩评分高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。考察组规培医师教学效果评分高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。考察组教学满意度相比于一般组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中应用参与式教学方法有利于提升教学效果,并提高呼吸内科住院医师的综合能力。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of participatory teaching methods in the standardized training of re-spiratory medicine residents.Methods 60 resident physicians in the Department of Respiratory Medicine who re-ceived standardized training at the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from February 2022 to Janu-ary 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into an investigation group and a general group using the odd-even number method,with 30 physicians in each group.The investigation group adopted participatory teach-ing methods,and the general group used traditional teaching.Compared the assessment scores of physicians,the teaching effect scores of trained physicians,and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The evaluation scores of physicians in the investigation group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect score of the regular training physicians in the investigation group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfac-tion of the investigation group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of participatory teaching methods in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residents is beneficial to improving the teaching effect and improving the comprehensive ability of respira-tory medicine residents.
