公共卫生监测对传染病防治科工作人员工作质量的影响

The Impact of Public Health Surveillance on the Work Quality of Staff in Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Departments

目的分析公共卫生监测对传染病防治科工作人员工作质量的影响。方法将2021年5月—2023年4月于山东省菏泽市郓城县疾病预防控制中心传染病防治科中任职的7名工作人员纳入本研究,于2022年5月开始在传染病防治科管理中应用公共卫生监测管理措施,对公共卫生监测管理措施实施前(2021年5月—2022年4月)以及公共卫生监测管理措施实施后(2022年5月—2023年4月)传染病防治科工作人员传染病知识水平、工作质量等展开评估。结果相较于公共卫生监测管理措施实施前,实施后传染病防治科工作人数据员传染病知识水平各项评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);相较于公共卫生监测管理措施实施前,实施后传染病防治科工作人员工作质量各项评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论传染病防治科工作人员工作中应用公共卫生监测管理措施,其传染病知识水平及工作质量均有所升高。

Objective To analyze the impact of public health surveillance on the work quality of staff in the infectious disease prevention and control department.Methods Seven staff members who worked in the Infectious Disease Pre-vention and Control Department of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Yuncheng County,Shandong Prov-ince from May 2021 to April 2023 were included in this study.Start applying public health surveillance and manage-ment measures in the management of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Department in May 2022,before the implementation of public health surveillance and management measures(May 2021 to April 2022)and after the implementation of public health surveillance and management measures(May 2022 to April 2023).The infectious dis-ease knowledge level and work quality of the staff of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Department were evaluated.Results Compared with those before the implementation of public health surveillance and management measures,the scores of infectious disease knowledge level of staff in the infectious disease prevention and control de-partment were higher after the implementation,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Compared with those before the implementation of public health surveillance and management measures,the work quality scores of staff in the infectious disease prevention and control department were all higher after the implementation,the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion When staff in the infectious disease prevention and con-trol department apply public health surveillance and management measures in their work,their infectious disease knowledge level and work quality have improved.
