巴林特小组对护士共情能力和职业倦怠感的影响

摘要 目的探讨巴林特小组在护理人员共情能力和职业倦怠感中的意义。方法将2021年1月—2022年6月期间滨州医学院附属医院疼痛科护理人员30名作为研究对象,2021年1—12月期间护理人员采取常规护理模式为对照组,2022年1—6月期间,护理人员接受巴林特小组活动,成立巴林特小组为研究组,对比两组护理人员活动前后共情能力分数、共情疲劳分数和职业倦怠感分数以及疼痛科患者护理满意率。结果研究组护理人员共情量表分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员共情疲劳量表分数较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员各项职业倦怠感分数较对照组分数更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理后护理满意率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.639,P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组活动在提高护理人员共情能力,降低职业倦怠感中有显著意义。 Objective To explore the significance of the Balint Group in nursing staff's empathy and burnout.Meth-ods A total of 30 nurses from the Department of Pain,Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research subjects.From January to December 2021,nursing staff adopted the rou-tine nursing model as the control group.From January to June 2022,nursing staff accepted the Balint group activities and established the Balint group as a research group.Compared the empathy ability scores,empathy fatigue scores and occupational burnout scores of the two groups of nursing staff before and after the activities,as well as the nursing satisfaction rate of pain department patients.Results The scores of the Nursing Empathy Scale in the research group were were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurs-ing staff's empathy fatigue scale score in the research group was better than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The burnout scores of nursing staff in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The post-nursing nursing satis-faction rate of patients in the research group was 96.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.639,P<0.05).Conclusion Balint group activities have significant sig-nificance in improving nursing staff's empathy and reducing occupational burnout.
