PDCA循环管理在医务人员手卫生规范管理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Management in the Standardized Management of Hand Hygiene of Medical Staff

目的分析在医务人员手卫生规范管理中开展PDCA循环管理的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年9月皖西卫生职业学院附属医院的120名医务人员为研究对象,2022年3—12月实行常规管理作为对照组,2023年1—9月实行PDCA循环管理作为观察组,对比同一批医护人员的手卫生管理效果。结果观察组的手卫生知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手卫生依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组消毒及手卫生操作规范率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医务人员手卫生规范管理中实行PDCA循环管理,可有效规范医务人员的手卫生操作,提升其依从性,降低医院感染率。

Objective The application effect of PDCA cycle management in the standard management of medical staff hand hygiene was analyzed.Methods A total of 120 medical workers in the Affiliated Hospital of West Anhui Health Vocational College from March 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The control group was subjected to routine management from March to December 2022,and the observation group was subjected to PDCA cycle management from January to September 2023.The effects of hand hygiene management on the same group of medical workers were compared.Results The awareness rate of hand hygiene in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hand hygiene compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The standard rate of disinfection and hand hygiene in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle man-agement in the standardized management of hand hygiene of medical staff can effectively standardize the hand hygiene operations of medical staff,improve their compliance,reduce the rate of hospital infection.
