基于沉浸学习的诊断学课程教学评一体化应用与评价

摘要 目的探讨应用教学评一体化理念结合沉浸学习模式进行诊断学课程改革的效果评价。方法选取2023年3—10月参加诊断学课程学习的104名湖南中医药高等专科学校临床医学专业学生,以教学评一体化不断优化沉浸学习,采用自制学习效果测量量表进行满意度调查并分析其信度、效度,了解教学改革的实践效果。结果量表包括4个维度、13个条目。4个维度的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.779、0.914、0.889、0.939;KMO检验系数为0.918,Bartlett's球体检验P<0.05,各条目的因子载荷均>0.5。量表具有良好的信效度,可用于评价教学满意度。学习效果量表的各维度条目得>3.5,教学效果较满意。结论在教学中基于教学评一体优化沉浸式学习,对学习行为改善、教学内容与设计优化、社会适应与发展提升及职业素质养成有积极作用。 Objective To explore the effectiveness evaluation of the"Diagnostics"course reform by applying the con-cept of integration of teaching and assessment combined with the immersion learning model.Methods 104 clinical medicine students from Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine College who participated in the"Diagnostics"course from March to October 2023 were selected to continuously optimize immersive learning through the integration of teaching and evaluation.A self-made learning effect measurement scale was used to conduct a satisfaction survey and its reliability and validity were analyzed to understand the practical effect of the teaching reform.Results The scale in-cludes 4 dimensions and 13 items.The Cronbach'sαcoefficients of the four dimensions are 0.779,0.914,0.889,and 0.939 respectively.The KMO test coefficient is 0.918,and Bartlett's sphere test P<0.05.The factor loadings of each item are greater than 0.5.The scale has good reliability and validity and can be used to evaluate teaching satisfaction.The score of each dimension item of the learning effect scale is greater than 3.5,which means the teaching effect is satisfactory.Conclusion Optimizing immersive learning based on the integration of teaching and evaluation in teach-ing has a positive effect on improving learning behavior,optimizing teaching content and design,improving social ad-aptation and development,and cultivating professional quality.
