PBL联合CBL教学法在超声医学教学中的运用效果评价

摘要 目的评价以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)教学法在超声医学教学中的运用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2022年7月长沙市第一医院超声医学科接收的实习、进修、住培学员共128名为研究对象,根据时间不同分为对照组62名(2020年6月—2021年6月),实施传统教学法;观察组66名(2021年7月—2022年7月),实施PBL联合CBL教学法。比较不同教学方法的教学效果。结果经过教学后,观察组的教学测评结果、工作能力及教学满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实行PBL联合CBL教学法,可以使超声医学科的教学效果得到提升,还可提高教学测评结果,锻炼学员工作能力。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in ultrasound medical teaching.Methods A total of 128 students were selected from the ultrasonic medicine department of the first hospital of Changsha from June 2020 to July 2022.According to different time,they were divided into control group(62 students from June 2020 to June 2021)and the tradtiond teaching method was implemented;observation group(66 students from July 2021 to July 2022),PBL combined with CBL teaching method.The teaching effects of different teaching methods were compared.Results After teaching,the teaching evaluation results,work ability and teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL combined with CBL teaching method can improve the teaching effect of ultrasound medical department.At the same time,it can also improve the teaching evaluation results,train students'working ability.
