新形势下临床医学专业实习生带教模式存在问题及对策研究

Research on Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Teaching Model of Clinical Medicine Interns under the New Situation

为了加强临床医学的教学水平,让实习生可以在较短时间里很快地熟悉各类工作,并进入临床操作角色,必须及时予以改革创新。本文就临床带教管理中存在的问题给予相应的分析,发现突出性问题关系到对传统带教模式管理方面、带教老师方面和实习生方面,并提出了几条优化对策、建议,主要有做好整体岗前培训、制订科学带教计划、提升实习生综合素养、完善管理体制、优化带教师资力量等,旨在能够实现对带教管理模式的有效创新以及提高整体带教质量。

In order to strengthen the teaching level of clinical medicine,interns can quickly become familiar with various tasks in a short period of time and enter clinical operation roles.The traditional model of teaching must be re-formed and innovated in time.This article provides a corresponding analysis of the problems existing in clinical teach-ing management and finds that the prominent problems are related to management,teaching teachers and interns,and several optimization strategies and suggestions were put forward.It mainly includes conducting overall pre-job train-ing,formulating scientific teaching plans,improving the comprehensive quality of interns,improving the management system,optimizing the teaching resources,etc.,aiming to achieve effective innovation in the teaching management model and improve the overall teaching quality.
