Practical Analysis of Optimizing Medical Record Management Process in Hospital Medical Record Quality Control

传统病案管理流程在现阶段医院运营管理中存在着诸多问题,医院内部患者人流量持续增加,每日病案录入信息规模扩大,为病案管理工作的开展带来了挑战。为了确保医院病案质量符合内部管理要求,应当尽快对病案管理流程进行优化和调整,探索全新的管理路径。基于此,本文分析了医院病案质量控制中病案管理流程优化策略,以期为病案管理提供参考意见。

There are many problems in the traditional medical record management process in the current hospital operation management.The continuous increase of patient flow in the hospital and the expansion of daily medical record input information have brought challenges to the development of medical record management.In order to ensure that the quality of hospital medical records meets the internal management requirements,the medical records management process should be optimized and adjusted as soon as possible,and a new management path should be explored.Based on this,this paper analyzes the optimization strategy of medical record management process in hospital medical record quality control,in order to provide reference for medical record management.
