新时代背景下对中医药院校教师培训的几点思考

摘要 在新时代背景下,我国中医药院校教师培训在培训机制、培训内容、培训方式等方面存在的一些问题,已成为制约和影响高校教师培训进一步发展的“瓶颈”因素。本研究通过对当前高校教师培训发展历程进行梳理,结合河北中医药大学教师培训的现状和问题进行具体分析,从而为中医药院校教师培训提出切实可行的对策和方法,以期为今后中医药院校开展教师培训提供可借鉴的思路与方法。 In the context of the new era,some problems existing in the training mechanism,training content,and training methods of teacher training in Chinese medicine colleges in my country have become"bottleneck"factors that restrict and affect the further development of teacher training in colleges and universities.This study combs the current development process of teacher training in colleges and universities,and conducts a specific analysis based on the current situation and problems of teacher training in Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This paper proposes practical countermeasures and methods for teacher training in traditional Chinese medicine colleges,with a view to providing reference ideas and methods for future teacher training in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.
