摘要
随着建筑行业的快速发展,高层房屋建筑工程规模不断扩大,复杂性增强,BIM技术可以帮助设计师和工程师更好地理解和协调各构件,减少错误和冲突,提高工程效率和质量。基于此,文章对BIM技术在高层房屋建筑工程各方面的应用进行探讨,揭示了BIM技术在提升施工效率、优化资源利用、减少施工风险等方面的积极作用,旨在提升施工质量、效率及安全水平。
With the rapid development of the construction industry,the scale of high-rise building engineering is expanding and its complexity is increasing.BIM technology can help designers and engineers better understand and coordinate various components,reduce errors and conflicts,and improve engineering efficiency and quality.Based on this,this paper discusses the application of BIM technology in various aspects of high-rise building engineering,and reveals the positive role of BIM technology in improving construction efficiency,optimizing resource utilization and reducing construction risk,aiming to improve construction quality,efficiency and safety level.
