摘要
PC楼梯是预制构件适宜工业化制造的一类产品。文章主要基于自研发的PC楼梯前置安装组合支撑工具,提出了一种PC楼梯前置安装方法,从而实现了精准控制楼梯踏步与休息平台高低差的目标。以杨凌某学校项目为实例,对该前置安装技术进行了验证分析,结果表明该PC楼梯前置安装方法能较好地控制楼梯踏步与休息平台高低差,差值控制在20±2 mm,从而更好地节省了后期修复处理的成本。
PC stair is a kind of product of prefabricated components suitable for industrial manufacturing.Based on the self-developed PC stair pre-installation combined support tool,this paper proposes a PC stair pre-installation method,so as to achieve the goal of precise control of the height difference between the stair step and the rest platform.Taking a school project in Yangling as an example,the pre-installation technology is verified and analyzed.The results show that the PC stair pre-installation method can better control the height difference between the stair step and the rest platform,and the difference is controlled at 20± 2 mm,thus saving the cost of later repair processing.
