摘要
文章结合工程实际,选取了SBS改性乳化沥青、玻璃纤维和玄武岩碎石作为封层原材料,针对原材料特点总结并提出了沥青纤维碎石封层施工工艺。测试结果表明,采用沥青纤维碎石封层对路面进行铺筑和养护后,路面的抗滑性能提高,渗水性能下降。采用沥青纤维碎石封层施工,对推动公路养护技术的发展、延长路面使用寿命具有较好的效果。
Based on the engineering practice,this paper selects SBS modified emulsified asphalt,glass fiber and basalt chip as raw materials for seal coat,summarizes and puts forward the construction technology of asphalt fiber chip seal coat according to the characteristics of raw materials.The test results show that the anti-skid performance of the pavement is improved and its water permeability is decreased after paving and curing the pavement with asphalt fiber chip seal coat.The use of asphalt fiber chip seal coat for construction has a good effect on promoting the development of highway maintenance technology and prolonging the service life of pavement.
