绿色建筑工程管理存在的问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Green Building Engineering Management

文章总结了绿色建筑物的特征,从管理制度、人才管理等方面分析了绿色建筑工程管理存在的问题。为了解决这些问题,以某市的科技馆工程为研究对象,提出了相应的对策,并在建筑物的保温、照明、通风、节水等方面应用了新技术。同时,基于问卷调查法对绿色建筑工程的管理效果进行评价,研究成果可供类似项目借鉴。

This paper summarizes the characteristics of green buildings,and analyzes the problems existing in the management of green building engineering from the aspects of management system and talent management.In order to solve these problems,taking the science and technology museum engineering in a city as the research object,corresponding countermeasures are put forward,and new technologies are applied in the aspects of heat preservation,lighting,ventilation and water conservation of buildings.At the same time,based on the questionnaire survey method,the management effect of green building engineering is evaluated,and the research results can be used for reference by similar projects.
