摘要
建筑整体平移托换技术因具有较高的社会及经济效益,应用越来越广泛,复杂环境下建筑迁移的前期准备工程直接影响工程实施质量,同样是建筑整体平移托换的重难点。为此,文章以厦门市某建筑平移改造前期基坑工程为依托,探讨作为建筑迁移前期准备工程的深大基坑在设计与实践过程中的重难点问题。通过分析前期基坑工程的工程地质条件,提出了针对不同区域的支护形式,包括土钉墙、钢筋混凝土排桩等,并详细描述了施工过程及注意事项,以期为后续建筑平移前期基坑工程准备工作提供一定的借鉴经验,解决既有重要建筑物与规划冲突的问题。
Due to its high social and economic benefits,the building overall translation underpinning technology is more and more widely used.The preliminary preparation engineering for building migration in complex environment directly affects the quality of engineering implementation,which is also the key and difficult point of building overall translation underpinning.Therefore,based on the foundation pit engineering in the early stage of a building translation reconstruction in Xiamen,this paper discusses the key and difficult problems in the design and practice of the deep and large foundation pit as the preliminary preparation engineering of building migration.By analyzing the engineering geological conditions of the foundation pit engineering in the early stage,the support forms for different areas are proposed,including soil nail wall,reinforced concrete row piles,etc.,and the construction process and precautions are described in detail,in order to provide some reference experience for the preparation work of the foundation pit engineering in the early stage of the subsequent building translation,and solve the conflict between the existing important buildings and the planning.
