摘要
BIM技术可以在设计阶段进行三维建模和协同设计,使设计师和工程师共享设计信息,并进行多次迭代,有助于优化水务系统布局、管道网络设计及设备和设施安装。此外,BIM模型可以与施工进度计划进行数字化协调,将设计和施工过程相互关联起来,有助于提前发现和解决施工中的问题,并确保施工进度的准确性和高效性。文章以石洞口污水处理厂污泥处理二期工程为例,详细说明了BIM技术在该工程设计阶段、施工阶段的具体应用方式,通过这种方式提高设计和施工的效率,减少冲突和错误,为促进智慧水务发展提供技术支持。
BIM technology can perform 3D modeling and collaborative design during the design stage,allowing designers and engineers to share design information and perform multiple iterations,which helps to optimize the layout of water affair system,pipeline network design and equipment and facility installation.In addition,BIM model can be digitally coordinated with construction schedule to correlate the design and construction processes,which helps to discover and solve problems in construction in advance and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the construction schedule.Taking sludge treatment phase II project of Shidongkou Sewage Treatment Plant as an example,this paper explains in detail the specific application methods of BIM technology in the design stage and construction stage of the project.In this way,the efficiency of design and construction is improved,conflicts and errors are reduced,and technical support is provided for promoting the smart water affair development.
