摘要
液压整体提升技术在大跨度连廊、网架、桁架结构中已得到广泛应用,提升方法也越来越灵活。文章以洛阳市科技馆新馆项目为例,介绍了该工程应用大跨度楼面桁架整体提升技术的特点,以及在设计阶段和提升施工阶段的主要工作内容和注意事项,阐述了该项目在提升后的对接口的焊接技术,分析了该项目大跨度楼面桁架整体提升施工过程模拟和结构监测,旨在保证施工过程和后期结构在使用过程中的安全性。
Hydraulic integral lifting technology has been widely used in large-span corridor,grid,and truss structures,and the lifting method is becoming more and more flexible.Taking the new building project of Luoyang Science and Technology Museum as an example,this paper introduces the characteristics of the application of largespan floor truss integral lifting technology in the project,as well as the main work contents and precautions in the design and the lifting construction stage,expounds the interface welding technology after the lifting of the project,and analyzes the construction process simulation and structural monitoring of the large-span floor truss integral lifting of the project,in order to ensure the safety of the construction process and the later use of the structure.
