摘要
国内某贵金属铜阳极泥处理生产线采用“湿法浸出一火法冶金一银电解一金精炼”的工艺路线,其中火法冶炼工序的主要设备是卡尔多炉,将干燥后脱铜阳极泥经过还原熔炼和氧化精炼后,产出金银阳极板供银电解处理,产生的冶炼烟气经烟气处理系统后,回收其中的硒。运行过程中存在炉体偏重、控制系统故障频繁、烟气吸收系统效率低等问题。经过近年来不断优化攻关,通过对设备设施、控制系统、烟气系统等优化改进,以上问题逐步解决,基本实现了卡尔多炉生产系统高效、安全、平稳运行。
A domestic copper anode slime production line of Jinchuan group adopts the process route including wet leaching→pyrometallurgy→silver electrolysisgold refining.In the process,the main equipment of the pyrometallurgical process is a kaldo furnace,gold and silver anode plates are produced for electrolytic treatment of silver after the dried de-copper anode slime is sub-jected to reduction melting and oxidation refining,and selenium is recovered after the treatment of flue gas.During operation,there are problems such as the shift of the center of gravity of furnace,frequent failures of the control system,and low efficiency of the flue gas absorption system.After continuous optimization in recent years,through optimization and improvement of equipment,fa-cilities,control systems,and flue gas systems,the problems above have been gradually solved,and the efficient,safe,and stable operation of the kaldo furnace production system has been basically maintained.
