不同浇注工艺对真空感应熔炼铸棒冶金质量的影响研究

Effect of Different Casting Processes on Metallurgical Quality of Vacuum Induction Melting Casting Bars

摘要 本文以VIM工艺制备的K418合金为试验原料,研究了氩气保护浇注和真空浇注不同条件下铸棒在表面质量、化学成分、中心缩孔、微观组织等方面的差异。研究结果表明:真空浇注条件下,铸棒表面质量、中心缩孔明显好于氩气保护浇注条件;真空浇注与氩气保护浇注条件下产品化学成分无明显差异;真空浇注条件下产品中析出相的数量、尺寸以及分布明显好于氩气保护浇注条件。 In this paper,K418 alloy prepared by VIM process is used as an experimental material to study the differences including surface quality,chemical composition,central shrinkage,and macrostructure of cast rods under different conditions of vacuum casting and argon-protected casting.The results show that:the surface quality and central shrinkage of the rod under vacuum casting are better than that under argon protection casting;there is no significant difference in chemical composition caused by vacuum casting and argon protection casting;the quantity,size and distribution of precipitate under vacuum casting are significantly better than that under argon-protected.
