浅析恩施机场起飞一发失效应急程序

摘要 恩施机场周围地形复杂净空差,气象条件时常变化多端,飞行程序操作难度较大,对航空公司飞行运行以及空管指挥提出了更高的挑战。本文以恩施机场为例,从程序制作和用户的角度出发,将部分典型公司制作的起飞一发失效应急程序(EOSID)进行对比,分析各自的优缺点,提出相应的建议和解决措施,其形成的通用方法可推广至其他特殊机场EOSID的应用,从而降低飞行运行风险,提升特殊机场安全运行的品质。 The terrain is complex around Enshi Airport,the meteorological conditions often change and the flight procedures are difficult to operate,which poses higher challenges to the airline flight operation and air traffic control.Take Enshi Airport as an example,the paper compares the en gineout standard instrument departure(EOSID)by typical companies from the perspective of programming and users,analyzes the benefits and shortcomings and puts forward corresponding suggestions and solutions.The general method can be extended to the application of EOSID in other complicated airports to reduce the risk of flight operation and improve the safe operation of complicate airports.
