不同育苗基质和容器对五角枫育苗质量的影响

摘要 该试验以五角枫作为研究对象,以菇渣作为育苗基质,采用随机区组试验设计,设置基质(A)和容器(B)两个因子,其中A因子设置5个水平,[100%田园土(CK)、70%田园土+30%菇渣(A1)、50%田园土+50%菇渣(A2)、30%田园土+70%菇渣(A3)、100%菇渣(A4)],B因子设置2个水平:10cm×12cm无纺布容器(B1),10cm×12cm塑料袋容器(B2)。对各处理的育苗质量进行了调查。结果表明:(1)田园土中添加菇渣作育苗基质,能显著提高五角枫幼苗成活率,促进幼苗生长和根系的发育,增加幼苗生物量的积累,其中以30%田园土+70%菇渣(A3)效果最好。(2)无纺布作为育苗容器,较塑料容器能有效改善植株根系生长状况,从而提高成活率,促进幼苗生长。 In this experiment,Acer mono was taken as the research object,and mushroom residue was taken as the seedling substrate.Two factors,matrix(A)and container(B),were set up in a randomized block design,in which factor A was set at 5 levels,100%field soil(CK),70%field soil+30% mushroom residue(A1),50%field soil+50% mushroom residue(A2),30%field soil+70% mushroom residue(A3),100% mushroom residue(A4),B2 is a 10cm×12cm plastic bag container.The effects of different substrates and containers on the quality of Acer mono seedlings were studied.The results showed that 30% field soil+70%mushroom residue(A3)was used as seedling substrate and non-woven cloth(B1)was used as seedling container,it can significantly improve the survival rate of Acer mono seedlings,promote the growth of seedlings and root system,increase the accumulation of biomass,and thus improve the quality of seedling.
