河北森林康养资源丰富,但产业开发尚处于起步阶段。该文界定了森林康养的概念,梳理了河北在省级层面关于森林康养的政策与规划,分析了河北森林康养产业的发展现状、问题和开发需求,并提出了森林康养,环境先行;以森林康养试点基地为典范,充分发挥重点区域引领作用;打造系列河北名优品牌,重塑营销与宣传;系统整合资源,打通要素关系;加强专业人才队伍建设;让森林康养与城市发展、乡村建设紧密融合6个方面的对策建议,以期为河北森林康养产业的高质量发展提供借鉴。

Hebei is rich in forest health care resources,but industrial development is still in its infancy.This article defines the concept of forest health care,sorts out Hebei's policies and plans on forest health care at the provincial level,analyzes the development status,problems and development needs of forest health care industry in Hebei,and puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions,namely,the development of forest health care industry should take the environment first;Take the pilot base of forest health care as a model and give full play to the leading role of key areas;Create a series of Hebei characteristic brands,reshape marketing and publicity;Systematically integrate resources and open up the relationship between factors;Strengthen the construction of talents in related professions;Let forest health care integrate with urban development and rural construction closely,aiming to provide reference for the high-quality development of forest health care industryin Hebei.
