陈振虎运用岐黄针疗法治疗颈源性耳鸣经验介绍

Experience of CHEN Zhenhu Treating Cervicogenic Tinnitus with Qihuang Acupunc⁃ture Therapy

介绍陈振虎教授运用岐黄针疗法治疗颈源性耳鸣的临床经验。陈振虎教授认为,颈源性耳鸣病机关键在于颈项部三阳经经筋不通,故临证注重经筋辨证,治以筋治筋之法,兼顾调神,注重督脉取穴,具体为先辨筋、次选穴。临证强调针具对针灸疗效的影响,运用特殊设计的针尖既圆又利、针身中空的岐黄针进行治疗,治疗手法强调轻、快。日常调养推崇三分治、七分养的理念。

This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor CHEN Zhenhu treating cervicogenic tinnitus with Qihuang acupuncture therapy.Professor CHEN Zhenhu believes that the key to the pathogenesis of cervicogenic tinnitus lies in the obstruction of meridian sinew at three yang meridians of the neck.Therefore,in clinical practice,attention should be paid to the syndrome differentiation of meridian sinew;the treatment should be based on the method of treating sinew with sinew,taking into account the regulation of spirit and paying attention to the selection of points at governor vessel(GV);specifically,sinew should be identified first and then the points can be selected.The clinical practice emphasizes the influence of needles on the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion;the specially designed needle,Qihuang needle,with a round and sharp tip and hollow body,is applied for treatment;the manipulation emphasizes gentle and fast.Daily nursing-care advocates the concept of 30%of treatment and 70%of nourishing.
