当今国际社会呈现出经济全球化发展趋势,西方资本主义主导的旧的全球体系及全球秩序难以维系,资本独占必然转换到中国智慧贡献给人类发展的另一路向——人类命运共同体的共享发展。当下世界正处于百年未有之大变局,全球危机是西方资本主义内在危机全球化的外在表象,其实质是资本逻辑的危机,资本独占制度必然成为全球性发展障碍,全球化难以维系和持续。要消除全球危机进而实现全球性地有效及有序发展,人类就必须在命运共同体理念的指导下,摈弃资本独占的发展范式,创新发展财产权制度,最终实现人类命运共同体的共享发展。

The current international society presents a trend of economic globalization.The old global system and orders dominated by the western capitalism are hard to maintain.It will inevitably change from the capital monopoly to the shareable development of the community human destiny contributed by Chinese wisdom.At present,the global crisis is the external appearance of the internal crisis of the globalization of western capitalism,and its essence is the crisis of capital logic.The inevitable result of the institutional arrangement of capital monopoly has become a global development obstacle,which is difficult to maintain and sustain.In order to eliminate the global crisis and realize the global development effectively and orderly,human beings must abandon the development paradigm of capital monopoly with the guidance of a community with a shared future for mankind,which means the innovation and development of the systems of the property rights,and finally a community with a shared future for mankind can be realized.
