利木赞牛杂交改良雷琼黄牛的效果分析

摘要 为研究利木赞牛对雷琼黄牛的杂交改良效果,试验选择出生年龄相近、相同饲养管理条件下的100头1~5岁利雷(利木赞♂×雷琼黄牛♀)F1牛,测定其体重、体高和体尺等生长指标,并进行比较分析。结果显示,与纯种雷琼黄牛相比,1~5岁利雷杂牛的体重均有显著提高(P<0.05)。其中公牛以3岁时的体重差异最大,提高了60.5%。母牛体重以4岁时的差异最大,提高了24.8%。体尺测量结果显示,随着年龄增长,利雷杂公牛的各项体尺指标均明显高于雷琼黄牛,母牛除管围、胸宽和坐骨端宽外,其他体尺指标均显著高于雷琼黄牛(P<0.05)。综上,以利木赞牛为父本杂交改良雷琼黄牛可显著提高F1牛的生长性能,其中公牛在3岁时提高最明显,母牛则在4岁时提高最明显。 In order to study the crossbreeding improvement effect of Limousin cattle on Leiqiong Yellow cattle,100 F1 generation of Lilei hybrid cattles(Limousin cattle×Leiqiong Yellow cattle♀)aged 1-5 years old at the same feeding management were measured and analyzed.The results showed that compared with Leiqiong Yellow cattle,the body weight of 1-5 years old Lilei hybrid cattle was significantly increased(P<0.05).Among them,the difference of bulls at 3 years old was the largest,which increased by 60.5%.The body weight of cows was the most different at 4 years old,which increased by 24.8%.The results of body size measurement showed that with the increase of age,the body size indexes of Lilei hybrid bulls were significantly higher than those of Leiqiong Yellow cattle,and the body size indexes of cows were significantly higher than those of Leiqiong Yellow cattle except for the circumference,chest width and ischial end width.In summary,the growth performance of F1 generation was significantly improved by crossing and improving Leiqiong Yellow cattle with Limousin cattle as male parent.The growth performance of bulls was the most obvious at 3 years old,and that of cows was the most obvious at 4 years old.
