富龙西江特大桥小箱梁U形流水线移动台座优化

摘要 以佛山市富龙西江特大桥智慧梁场采用预制小箱梁U形流水线施工为例,针对其中串联各功能区的移动台座进行优化,分析移动台座在流水线施工中的受力特征及相应指标需求,为富龙西江特大桥智慧梁场施工提供理论依据,提升预制小箱梁施工的实用性、标准性和安全性。 Taking the construction of prefabricated small box girder U-shaped assembly line in the smart beam field of Fulong Xijiang Special Bridge in Foshan City as an example,this paper optimized the mobile pedestal connected in each functional area,analyzed the stress characteristics and corresponding index requirements of the mobile pedestal in the pipeline construction,and provided a theoretical basis for the construction of the smart beam field of Fulong Xijiang Special Bridge,so as to improve the practicability,standard and safety of prefabricated small box girder construction.
