This paper studies the deployment of intelligent infrastructure in urban renewal and its impact on business model innovation,analyzes the composition and application of intelligent infrastructure,such as intelligent transportation system,intelligent building and energy saving system,intelligent public service,digital municipal management and other infrastructure,and discusses how intelligent infrastructure promotes the innovation of business model in the context of urban renewal.Including data-driven decision-making,the expansion of the sharing economy,and the rise of the platform economy,so as to guide policy makers and industry practitioners in the effective use of smart infrastructure in urban renewal and promote the development of sustainable business models.
