铁路繁忙干线下既有框架桥顶推拆除施工技术研究——以萧甬铁路过水桥(73^(#)桥)扩孔改造工程为例

摘要 针对铁路繁忙干线下既有框架桥拆除工程工期长、施工步骤烦琐、施工质量不达标等问题,结合萧甬铁路过水桥(73^(#))桥扩孔改造工程实例,在了解工程背景的基础上,从施工工序、施工方法两个层面论述了顶推拆除施工设计方案。结果显示:顶推拆除施工效果具有效率高、环保和铁路设备安全可控的优势,这就表明顶推拆除施工技术对铁路繁忙干线下既有框架桥拆除工程非常适用,大大降低对铁路繁忙干线运行及道路交通的影响。 Aiming at the problems of long construction period,complicated construction steps and substandard construction quality of the existing frame bridge under the busy railway trunk line,combined with the reaming reconstruction project of Xiao-Yong railway water bridge(No.73 bridge),on the basis of understanding the engineering background,this paper discusses the design scheme of incremental demolition construction from two aspects of construction process and construction method.The results show that the jacking demolition construction effect has the advantages of high efficiency,environmental protection and safe and controllable railway equipment,which shows that the jacking demolition construction technology is very suitable for the demolition of existing frame bridges under busy railway trunk lines,greatly reducing the impact on the operation of busy railway trunk lines and road traffic.
