就地热再生技术在SMA-13路面中的应用研究

摘要 结合工程实例,对SMA-13就地热再生混合料进行配合比设计,以不同再生剂掺量、不同RAP掺量进行级配设计,并进行高温、低温、水稳3个方面的路用性能试验,确定再生剂和RAP的最佳掺量。结果表明:6%的再生剂掺量可以使回收后沥青性能恢复接近至原样沥青性能;随着RAP掺量的增加再生沥青混合料的高温性能有提升,但低温性能和水稳定性不断降低,为保证再生混合料具有较好地路用性能,建议RAP掺量不超过50%为宜。 Combined with engineering examples,the mix ratio design of SMA-13 was carried out on the geothermal regeneration mixture,and the gradation design was carried out with different regenerator content and different RAP content.The road performance tests were carried out in three aspects of high temperature,low temperature and water stability to determine the optimal content of regenerator and RAP.The results showed that:the properties of recovered asphalt can be restored to the original asphalt with 6% regenerant content.With the increase of RAP content,the high temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture is improved,but the low temperature performance and water stability are constantly decreased.In order to ensure the recycled mixture has a better road performance,the paper suggests that the RAP content should not exceed 50%.
