为了提升地下室防水施工及渗漏防治质量,论文结合工程案例,从防水材料选择、SBS改性沥青防水卷材施工及细部防水工程施工工艺、质量通病防治措施等这几个方面,对地下室防水工程施工技术质量控制要点以及地下室渗漏原因进行了探究。

In order to improve the quality of basement waterproofing construction and leakage prevention,combined with project case,this paper explores the key points of basement waterproofing engineering construction technology quality control and the causes of basement leakage,from the aspects of waterproofing material selection,SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane construction and detailed waterproofing engineering construction technology,quality common disease prevention and control measures,etc.
