沥青混凝土的摊铺和碾压工艺研究

摘要 针对当下公路建设总体质量要求越来越高这一现状,分别从熨平板加热、摊铺方法、摊铺速度、接缝处理4个方面提出摊铺施工质量控制策略;从碾压机器、碾压施工过程、碾压温度控制3个方面提出施工质量控制策略。以某公路为例进行了实例验证,证明试验路铺筑效果较好,验证了所提施工控制策略的合理性。 In view of the increasing quality requirements of highway construction,the quality control strategies of paving construction are put forward from four aspects:ironing plate heating,paving method,paving speed and joint treatment.The construction quality control strategy is put forward from three aspects:rolling machine,rolling construction process and rolling temperature control.Taking a highway as an example,it is proved that the paving effect of the test road is good,and the rationality of the proposed construction control strategy is verified.
