摘要
研究了市政工程施工技术管理中精细化管理的应用,在明确施工技术管理和精细化管理概念内涵的基础上,从技术文件编制、技术文件执行、技术创新管理等方面出发,分析了精细化管理在市政工程施工技术管理中的应用要点,有利于整合管理资源,提高管理效率,降低管理成本。
The paper studies the application of refined management in the construction technology management of municipal engineering.Based on clarifying the concept of construction technology management and refined management,it analyzes the application points of refined management in the construction technology management of municipal engineering from the aspects of technical document preparation,technical document execution,and technological innovation management,which is conducive to integrating management resources,improving management efficiency,and reducing management costs.
