摘要
珠肇高铁是珠江西岸衔接贵广铁路的便捷通道,同时是完善粤港澳大湾区高铁布局,实现湾区客运铁路能力协调的重要线路;是推进粤港澳大湾区发展战略,践行《交通强国建设纲要》,推动区域高质量发展的重要交通设施。综合各项控制因素,从对城市规划和发展的影响、对环境的影响及工程经济等多角度对珠肇高铁高肇段方案进行了分析和环保比选。经比选,推荐线路更为顺直,对沿线规划影响更小,对环境敏感区影响较小,工程投资更省。通过对推荐方案开展环境敏感区专题论证、工程形式及施工组织方式的优化等环保选线研究,最终推荐的方案,从环境角度可行。
The Zhuhai-zhaoqing high-speed railway is a convenient access connecting the Guizhou-guangzhou railway on the west bank of the Pearl River,and is also an important line for improving the layout of the high-speed railway in the guangdong-hong Kong-macao Bay area and achieving the coordination of passenger railway capacity in the Bay Area.It is also a strategy for promoting the development of the guangdong-hong Kong-macao Bay Area.The scheme of high-speed section of Zhuhai-zhaozhou high-speed railway is analyzed and selected from the aspects of urban planning and development,environmental impact and engineering economy.Through comparison and selection,the recommended line is more straight,has less influence on the planning along the line,has less influence on the environment sensitive area,and saves the project investment.The recommended scheme is feasible from the environmental point of view through the research on the topic demonstration of sensitive area,optimization of engineering form and construction organization.
