摘要
本研究基于武汉城市桥梁健康监测项目,对某大型互通立交曲线匝道梁桥长期监测数据进行分析。利用支座位移及环境温度监测数据相关性分析了桥梁病害情况,并给出相应的维修加固建议,对于保证桥梁结构的安全运营具有重要意义。首先,分析了曲线梁桥的平面受力与变形的特点,并阐述了温度对曲线梁桥变形的影响特性。其次,分析了环境温度与支座位移的相关性,并结合预警机制,制定了针对支座位移的桥梁结构健康监测预警流程。最后,基于一个实际案例,结合支座位移与梁缝工作状态空间联动性,成功预测到了桥梁结构的病害。本研究针对曲线梁桥的特点,提供了一种新的基于支座位移监测数据的健康诊断思路,以保证桥梁结构的安全运营。
Based on the Wuhan Urban Bridge Health Monitoring Project,this study analyzed the long-term monitoring data of a large interchange curve ramp beam bridge.The correlation analysis of bridge diseases using support displacement and environmental temperature monitoring data is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of bridge structures,and corresponding maintenance and reinforcement suggestions are provided.Firstly,the characteristics of plane stress and deformation of curved beam bridges are analyzed,and the influence characteristics of temperature on the deformation of the curved beam bridge were elaborated.Secondly,the correlation between ambient temperature and support displacement is analyzed,and the early warning process of bridge structure health monitoring and early warning based on support displacement is developed.Finally,based on a practical case,combining the spatial linkage between the displacement of the support and the working state of the beam joint,the disease of the bridge structure is predicted successfully.This study provides a new health diagnosis approach based on support displacement monitoring data for curved beam bridges,in order to ensure the safe operation of bridge structures.
