摘要
在大型桥梁工程设计施工过程中,由于自然和人为因素的影响,需要对预先的施工组织计划进行及时调整。本文提出建立与实际施工现场状况相耦合的动态模型,以有效提升施工计划的调整效率。研究方法:对现场施工工况进行分析,明晰现场施工需求,采集建模的基本条件数据,根据已有的数据建立动态模型。基于现场的施工状况进行即时模型动态调整,核查和导出了人员、物料、机械、模板、施工日期等信息报表。该协同优化系统通过动态关联BIM模型与现场施工数据,实时更新并调整工期,以提高施工效率。
In the design and construction process of large-scale bridge engineering,due to the influence of natural and human factors,it is necessary to adjust the pre construction organization plan in a timely manner.This article proposes to establish a dynamic model coupled with the actual construction site conditions to effectively improve the efficiency of construction plan adjustment.Research method:Analyze the on-site construction conditions,clarify the on-site construction requirements,collect basic condition data for modeling,and then establish a dynamic model based on existing data.Research results:Based on on-site construction conditions,real-time model dynamic adjustments were made,and information reports such as personnel,materials,machinery,templates,and construction dates were verified and exported.This collaborative optimization system dynamically associates the BIM model with on-site construction data,updates and adjusts the construction period in real-time,while monitoring the construction site to effectively respond to complex factors and improve construction efficiency and quality.
