摘要
天津市全域科普从社会化协同的大科普理念出发,在坚持党的领导和顶层设计的基础上,基本形成有法规、有细则、三级联动的社区科普资源共建共享的服务系统,探索结合有为的行政绩效考核和有效的市场竞争,通过实施科普项目等措施,推动多元行动主体投入社区科普服务的实践路径,以构建社区科普服务标准化体系。
Standardization is conducive to improving the efficiency and benefit of science popularization services.Tianjin attaches great importance to social cooperation in the field of holistic science popularization.On the basis of adhering to the leadership of the Party and top-level design,a community science popularization service system with laws,rules and three-level linkage mechanism for resource co-construction and sharing has been basically formed.Combined with promising administrative performance evaluation and effective market competition,Tianjin promotes diverse actors to invest in science popularization projects,showing the potential of constructing a standardized system of holistic community science popularization services.
