摘要
脂肪酸和水玻璃是白钨矿浮选中的经典浮选药剂,在国内外大型白钨矿矿山中广泛应用。水玻璃可以有效抑制硅酸盐、方解石等典型脉石矿物,但是用量极大(6~10 kg/t),不仅会抑制部分白钨矿矿物上浮,也会导致一系列废水净化和回水利用难题。本研究针对这一难题,设计开发新型小分子抑制剂CS,取代大部分水玻璃,并以湖南某白钨矿为研究对象开展选矿试验研究。结果表明:新型小分子抑制剂具有良好的选择抑制能力,可高效吸附于方解石表面;常温浮选作业中,CS可替代自身用量4~5倍的水玻璃,同时可提高白钨浮选回收率4个百分点以上。新型小分子抑制剂CS为解决经典钨矿浮选工艺中高水玻璃用量难题提供了新的解决方案。
As classical flotation reagents in scheelite flotation,tatty acids and sodium silicate are widely used in large scheelite mines in China and beyond.Water glass can effectively inhibit typical gangue minerals,such as silicate and calcite.However,the extremely large(6~10 kg/t)dosage,in spite of their inhibiting effect on scheelite minerals from floating up,lead to a series of problems in wastewater purification and reuse.Therefore,a new type of small molecular inhibitor CS was designed and developed to replace most of the sodium silicate.Mineral processing experiments were carried out in a scheelite in Hunan.The results show that:Adsorbed on calcite surface with high efficiency,the new small molecule inhibitor has good selective inhibition effect.In normal temperature flotation,CS can replace 4~5 times of its own sodium silicate.At the same time,it can improve the flotation recovery of scheelite by more than 4 percentage points.A new type of small molecule inhibitor CS provides a new solution to high-water glass consumption in classical tungsten flotation process.
