艺体融合背景下舞蹈赋能河北省冰雪发展的路径研究

Research on the Path of Ice and Snow Development in Hebei Province through Dance in the Background of Art and Sports Integration

为贯彻落实习近平总书记阐述冬奥精神重要讲话,结合冰雪运动发展现状与展望,在“后冬奥”时代以“艺体融合”为抓手,通过舞蹈艺术与冰雪运动的融合发展,努力探究冰雪人才培养科学化、冰雪活动赛事多样化、冰雪商业产业体系化、冰雪文脉赓续持久化的有效路径,整合建立交叉融合共享发展的良性机制。通过文献研究、专家访谈、实地调查等方式,对“艺体融合”舞蹈赋能冰雪发展途径进行研究。从“科学指导练精兵”“体舞融合促五育”“优化合作搭平台”“研发运营促转化”“传播文化促传承”等方面进行论述。打破艺术与体育在专业方面的壁垒,实现校内外、多维度、多领域交叉协作。在高校内对课程活动进行“艺体融合”,拟制定阶梯式艺术冰雪人才培养方案;在校外积极开展冰雪运动的社会服务、普及推广工作;以冰雪项目为题材进行舞蹈系列作品创编、以冰雪运动动作为要素进行系列操舞的编排,贯彻落实“全民健身,全民健康”的理念;在线上线下组织开展冰雪艺术文化活动,搭建各类交流展示平台,开展培训、赛事及展演活动;同时探究以艺术为载体的冰雪融合商业模式,通过调研实践拓展运营思路,开发冬奥文化艺术主题的文化艺术节、新型消费模式等,用舞蹈艺术讲好冰雪故事。该文旨在弘扬体育精神、构建文化自信的同时为冰雪运动专业教学、竞赛训练、社会服务、产业发展等方面提供理论与实践参考。

In order to implement the important speech on the spirit of the Winter Olympics delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping,and combined with the current situation and prospects of the development of winter sports,in the"post-Winter Olympics"era,with"the integration of art and sports"as the starting point,this article explores effective ways to scientifi-cally cultivate ice and snow talents,diversify ice and snow activities and events,systematize the commercial industry of ice and snow,and continue to promote the lasting development of ice and snow culture through the integrated development of dance art and ice and snow sports,and integrate and establish a virtuous mechanism of cross-integration and shared devel-opment.Through literature review,expert interviews and field surveys,this article studies the ways of"art and sports inte-gration"dance empowering the development of ice and snow sports.It discusses from the aspects of"scientific guidance for refining elite soldiers","integration of sports and dance to promote 5-dimension education","optimization of cooperation to build platforms","research and development operations to promote transformation",and"dissemination of culture to promote inheritance".It attempts to break the barriers between art and sports in terms of professionalism,and collaborate across mul-tiple dimensions and fields both inside and outside campuses.Inside campuses,"art and sports integration"should be carried out in curriculum activities,and a stepped art and snow talent training program is proposed.Outside campuses,social ser-vices and popularization of winter sports should be actively carry out;Besides it is proposed to create a series of dance.
