冰雪体育文化具有民族性、区域性的特征,其影响作用较为广泛。冰雪运动文化属于全球生态文化之一,蕴含着丰富的体育精神,因而继承与传播冰雪体育文化对于体育事业的发展、体育强国的塑造均具有重要意义。为此该文对冰雪体育文化的传播意义展开了探讨,分析了新时代冰雪运动文化传播面临的机遇与困境,并从政策引导支持、发展规划制定、传播途径拓展、文化品牌塑造、体育赛事举办五个方面给出了冰雪体育文化传播的可行性路径,旨在促进体育文化与体育精神传承发展,提高国民身体素质并增强国家文化软实力。

Ice and snow sports culture has the national and regional characteristics,the influence of which is more exten-sive.Ice and snow sports culture belongs to one of the global ecological cultures,which contains rich sports spirit.There-fore,the inheritance and dissemination of ice and snow sports culture is of great significance to the development of sports cause and the shaping of sports power.Therefore,the article discusses the communication significance of ice and snow sports culture and analyses the opportunities and difficulties of the spread of that culture in the new era.Also,and from the policy support,development planning,development,cultural branding,sports events organization this paper proposes the feasible path of the ice and snow sports culture transmission,which aims to promote the development and inheritance of sports cul-ture and sports spirit,improving the national quality and enhancing the national cultural soft power.
