我国高职院校体育教师职业能力指标体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Professional Ability Index System of Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities in China

近年来,伴随着中国高等职业教育的迅速发展,高职院校体育教师的职业能力是否与时俱进、适应新的教育需求,成为一个亟待解决的问题。对于高职院校,构建一套科学合理的高职院校体育教师职业能力指标体系尤为重要。体育教师作为高职院校体育课程教学与体育竞赛活动组织的主要力量,其职业能力的水平对于高职院校的教学质量和培养目标的实现具有重要影响。该文旨在“双高计划”建设背景下,对中国高职院校体育教师职业能力指标体系的构建指标及构建方法进行探讨,以提高体育教师的专业素养和教学水平,更好地满足高职院校体育教育的需求。

In recent years,with the rapid development of higher vocational education in China,whether the professional a-bilities of physical education teachers in vocational colleges keep up with the times and adapt to new educational needs has become an urgent problem to be solved.For higher vocational colleges,it is particularly crucial to establish a scientific and reasonable system of professional ability index for physical education teachers in vocational colleges.PE teachers are the main force of physical education curriculum teaching and sports competition organization in higher vocational colleges,and the level of their professional ability has an important influence on the teaching quality and the realization of training objec-tives in higher vocational colleges.The purpose of this paper is to explore the construction of the professional ability index system of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges in China,so as to improve the professional quality and teaching level of physical education teachers and better meet the needs of physical education in higher vocational colleges.
