高校乒乓球具有竞技性、健身性等特征,将其与课程思政相融合,可以促进高校学生的全面发展,为他们更好地应对不良思想与负面情绪,为德才兼备的优秀人才提供必要的助力。基于此,该文立足于课程思政融入高校乒乓球教学中的路径,从四方面,即深入挖掘思政元素、培养学生的良好行为习惯、增强高校体育教师的思政意识和提供教学实践的机会,进行了详细探讨,以期能给高校体育教师落实“课程思政”的内容提供一些启发。

Table tennis in colleges and universities has the characteristics of competitiveness and fitness.The integration of table tennis and ideological and political education can promote the all-round development of college students,and provide necessary help for them to better deal with negative thoughts and emotions,so as to become excellent talents with both abil-ity and political integrity.Based on that,the article conducts detailed discussion from four aspects,namely,in-depth exca-vation of Ideological and political elements,cultivation of students'good habits,enhancement of College Physical Education Teachers'ideological and political consciousness and the opportunity to provide teaching practice on the basis of the path of the in-depth integration of ideological and political education and table tennis teaching in colleges and universities,providing some inspiration for college physical education teachers to implement the content of"curriculum ideological and political edu-cation".
