基于风险矩阵法的校园冰上冰雪运动安全风险评估与防范对策研究

Study on the Safety Risk Assessment and Prevention Countermeasures of Campus Ice and Snow Sports Based on the Risk Matrix Method

校园冰上运动课程是学校体育工作的组成部分之一,对冰上运动进行安全风险评估至关重要。为了促使校园冰上运动高质量发展,该文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、风险矩阵法等方法,建立校园冰上运动安全风险指标体系,采用风险矩阵模型对校园冰上运动进行风险评估。通过对识别出的风险因素进行分析,并提出对策:应以预先防控为主体、健全完善风险防范制度、加强风险应急管理,进而有效地进行防范和化解风险。

Campus ice sports course is one of the components of school physical education work,which is very important for safety risk assessment.In order to make the campus ice sports achieve high quality development,this paper,through the literature method,expert interview method,risk matrix method,establishes campus ice sports safety risk index system,adopts the risk matrix model of campus ice movement risk assessment.By identifying risk factors,this paper proposes fol-lowing countermeasures:prevention and control in advance should be the main body,improve the risk prevention system,and strengthen the risk emergency management,so as to effectively prevent and defuse risks.
