高校定向越野训练队团队凝聚力建设探究

中国教育事业快速发展,素质教育水平急需提高。高校不仅要关注学生文化课学习成绩,还要将目光着重放在培养大学生综合素养上。定向越野是一项需要团队协作和信任的运动,团队成员之间的默契和凝聚力对于取得成功至关重要。在高校定向越野团队中,凝聚力建设同样具有重要意义,它不仅有助于提高团队效能,增强团队成员的归属感,还能为团队发展提供动力。该文采取问卷调查方法,分析11所高校定向越野团队建设情况。结果表明:高校定向越野团队结构较为完善,但教练员年龄分布不均衡、生源较为单一,不利于推进越野团队建设进程。高校应适当增加投入力度,强化教练团队建设,优化及改进训练方法,探索办队新模式。

China's education has developed rapidly,and the level of quality education needs to be improved.Colleges and u-niversities should not only pay attention to students'academic performance in cultural courses,but also focus on cultivating the comprehensive literacy of college students.Orienteering is a sport that requires teamwork and trust,and the tacit agree-ment and cohesion between team members is essential to success.In college orienteering teams,cohesion building is also important,because it not only helps to improve team effectiveness,enhance team members"sense of belonging,but also pro-vide motivation for team development.This paper adopts the questionnaire survey method to analyze the team building of ori-enteering in 1l universities.The results show that the structure of the college orienteering team is relatively perfect,but the age distribution of coaches is unbalanced and the source of students is relatively single,which is not conducive to promoting the process of cross-country team building.Colleges and universities should appropriately increase investment,strengthen the construction of coaching teams,optimize and improve training methods,and explore new models of team organization.
